I'm doing a series of abstract portraits. I've been exploring the human existence in regards to the universe. It's impossible to understand really, but in making these pieces I'm trying to express the fact of how much we really do matter. We have a universe inside us, waiting to be freed. What is a body but a shell to contain our movements and experiences. Break free from that body and what are you now? Infinite. Forever. It's hard to imagine forever. So, in hopes to better illustrate such a thing, I have put something relatable and understandable in place of what we have the potential to become.

I'm still exploring. These pieces for me are the center of who I am. A calm, peaceful, balanced place. Thanks for taking a look. :) (Smile)
